BEAUTY IS AN ART, WE MADE IT A SCIENCE

AESTHETIC MEDICINE EXPERTISE

Laboratoires FILLMED has designed, developed and marketed anti-ageing products for medical aesthetic professionals since 1978: for surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners. These products correct the signs of ageing and improve skin quality.

CORRECT WITH DERMAL FILLERS

Hyaluronic acid gels can be injected into the dermis
to fill wrinkles and give volume to the face.

REVITALIZE WITH NCTF BOOST 135 HA

NCTF BOOST 135 HA® combines hyaluronic acid and different active ingredients (vitamins, amino acids, etc) for revitalized and perfected skin.

AESTHETIC PROCEDURES

Over the years, our features tend to change and not always in ways we would like. Today, solutions exist to soften or correct the signs of fatigue and ageing. Aesthetic medicine and minimally invasive procedures can help you recover a youthful face. The earlier you act, the more you gain over time. Sometimes it only takes a few milliliters of product to make a big difference.

All of our syringes are individually inspected, manually and visually assessed, one by one, ensuring maximum quality and security standards.

CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
Laboratoires FILLMED invest in its innovative manufacturing, with 20% of the sales revenue being dedicated to R&D every year.

INNOVATIVE RESEARCHES
FILLMED plans the scientific studies thanks to the most updated technologies in order to prove the performance and safety of its products.

IN VITRO STUDIES (BASED ON CELL CULTURES)
We test our products on the primary human skin cells adapted with daily real conditions such as aged fibroblasts obtained from the depth of the wrinkles, skin cells under UV radiation or oxidative stress, in order to insure the clinical effect of the products. The skin cells would be evaluated either for their morphology or their
activities/functions.

EX VIVO STUDIES (BASED ON TISSUE)
In order to meet the most adapted laboratory condition to the real human skin, we test our products on the human living skin pieces: this pieces, taken from abdominoplasty or lifting surgeries, could be kept from 24 hours to 3 weeks in the laboratory. After applying the products (topical or injections) we could subsequently evaluate skin samples (biopsies) through all available methods such as classic microscopes, electronic microscopes, dosing the markers, etc.

CLINICAL TRIALS
We plan the different multicentric, comparative and long term studies with the sufficient sample size to provide the reliable data in order to insure the practitioners and also the patients regarding the safety and the efficacy of FILLMED products.

WHATWOMENWANT

Aesthetic medicine is becoming more and more accessible (in 2017 global growth exceeded 8%). According to a study* 62% of French women currently think that aesthetic medicine is a way of improving individuals’ well being and how they view ageing. Fewer than 1 in 10 women say they have had an aesthetic medicine treatment but 25% of them are planning to do so at some point. It is clear that how it is viewed is rapidly changing.

Positive pro ageing

Currently, 82% of aesthetic medicine treatments carried out are non-invasive. Injection treatments are proving to be the most popular solution and women are starting to have them earlier and earlier. Worldwide, treatment with hyaluronic acid is the second most widely used technique

Through the Art Reflexion Therapy survey**, Laboratoires FILLMED demonstrates that ART FILLER® injections go beyond aesthetic enhancement, having a positive psychological impact on patients self-esteem.

Indeed 73% patients reported feeling that their self-image had improved, 64% mentioned feeling more confident and 55% felt more dynamic. A large proportion of patients also felt that their professional image and working relationships had improved. A majority reported enhanced facial appearance
and skin quality, reflected in them noticing a refreshed look and being more photogenic. On average, patients looked 2 to 3 years younger than their actual age, following treatment

March 2016 Filorga Survey of 1000 women in France. **934 people interviewed in Europe in 2017 by their physicians post injection of at least one of the Laboratoires FILLMED ART FILLER® Products according to the Rosenberg self esteem questionnaire
